Just a quick tip, it is better not to take magnesium and iron at the same time as drinking coffee (wait an hour or more), coffee hinders the absorption

I am menopausal but when I was young and had issues the first day of my period, I found that if I took Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen a couple of times a day starting 3-4 days before I expected my period, it really reduced those first day symptoms. I didn't have quite what you are describing, but would have diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, and bad cramps day one for a few hours. Maybe this strategy would help your symptoms .

Oh that's terrible I hope it gets better. I used to be like that when I was a teenager into my 20's. After having my first child the symptoms got better

Hello, I've been vegan for 9 years, and for the last two years I've been struggling with severely low b12 levels, even though I take supplements. After, some tests they found that my body can't absorb the vitamin b12 anymore, and I'm left with injections each week but still no improvement.... What should I do Stefanie??!

Just looked for an old staple meals video. Surprised to see a lot of old content gone. That's a shame because it was good and worth revisiting. Have to look somewhere else for good vegan food and fitness since lifestyle videos are not what I came here years ago. No criticism it just is what it is.

Start eating a raw carrot every night a week before your period starts it has change my life no more painful periods the carrot balances out your progesterone and estrogen it's a game changer for women plus with the magnesium you hopefully will start feeling better 😊
