Tip: freeze the meat some for about 30min to an hour, to make it a little stiff. Then you should freeze the whole grinding housing and parts. You will be surprised how perfect the meat comes out.

Had one shipped to me, dead out of the box. Multiple outlets, GFI and none GFI. Dead. Have had an email to customer service for a week now with no response.

Mine dead out of box also, customer service great. Mailed new one out right away. Works great doing burgers two or three times a year now for two years ago.

never let meat get in contact with water or ice you would not be able to pay me to consume that .. educate your self on the proper way to handle meat .. you will not find a butcher in the united states that would advocate putting meat in a cooler of ice and allowing it to get wet

Wow! How do you really feel about it? Explain what you are saying instead of insulting someone. Oh, and learn how to use punctuation properly.

@@1-Wheel-Drive ok I guess you see your butcher washing meat and soaking it before he puts it in the display case .. you are ignorant and that’s fine but own it

@Beavertrapper, you have no idea what you're talking about. I live in the south, and every hunter I know puts their deer on ice. How else would you transport it? It is preferable to put the meat on top of the ice in the cooler and leave the drain plug open.

@@BeavertrapperLol we ice our elk & deer meat in a cooler for a week or 2. As long as the water and blood can drain it’ll be fine. We never got sick from doing that.
