In this video, I share my recipe for making delicious and juicy pork neck pork in the tandoor.
The pork neck must be opened in an even layer and beaten off until the thickness of the meat layer is completely uniform.
Then you need to cook garlic-mushroom roast. To do this, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and send the chopped onion there. After the onion is fried, we send finely chopped champignons and oyster mushrooms into the pan. Mix and wait 5 minutes.
Then we season our roast with finely chopped young garlic, salt, black pepper and white wine. Cooking until pasty.
We spread the roast on the meat and roll up the roll. We carefully and tightly tie the roll with a thread and send it to cook in a tandoor, oven or oven at a temperature of 250 degrees.
Under the meat, you must definitely put a container with a side dish (in our case, these are potatoes with rosemary and garlic). Garnish choose absolutely any to your taste.
An hour and a half later, everything is ready.
