This brought back good memories - I used to eat Meat Jun about once a week at a small shop in Wahiawa, HI. Big portion on rice with macaroni salad and kimchi sides in a Styrofoam tray - one portion enough for four people! Absolutely delicious!

I’m so glad I just found your channel! I fell in love with Hawaiian food when I lived near a Korean auntie who had a Hawaiian restaurant. I moved away and have had a craving for it but I tried this today and even my boyfriend who’s never had Hawaiian loved it! Thank you for sharing this recipe 😊
