This challenging workout is perfect for your stronger, more athletic clients. We’ll combine two exercises in each set, both using a Medicine Ball. The exercise sets will be performed four times. Each exercise is to be performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second break. After each round you’ll have 1 minute to recover. There are 5 sets of exercises. This is a full body, high intensity workout.
