INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
5 potatoes
1 onion
Olive oil
1 red bell pepper
400 grams minced meat
Turmeric
Salt
Black pepper
1 eggplant
2 eggs
Paprika
Breadcrumbs
100 grams of cheese
1. Grate 5 potatoes on a coarse grater, place in a bowl and cover with water.
2. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil.
3. Finely chop 1 red bell pepper and add to the onion.
4. Add 400 grams of minced meat to the vegetables and mix well.
5. Add turmeric, salt, pepper and mix well.
6. Cut 1 eggplant into slices, add salt and pat dry with a paper towel.
7. Fry the eggplants in olive oil on both sides until golden brown.
8. Remove excess water from potatoes, add 2 eggs, paprika, salt, pepper and mix well.
9. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
10. Place potatoes, fried vegetables with minced meat and fried eggplants.
11. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.
12. Grate 100 grams of cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle our casserole with it and bake for another 10 minutes.
