I have arthritis and tears in my rotor cuff but your shoulder workouts don't bother either one of those issues. I think you do an excellent job of incorporating strength training with practicing good habits.

Hi Phil, I just saw one of your videos about lower body workout, can I train my lower body with only trap bar, dumbell for maybe lunges, and an yoga ball for hamstrings? I dont have a partner then I think those itens would be safe to workout alone. What could I do? P.S.: sorry for my english, I AM from Brasil.

Coach is bare knuckle energy system and workouts different than mma and boxing, muay thai etc? Bare knuckle is 2 min and very intense… I wonder training methods… Please make a video for bare knuckle workout…
