Didi, please don't ignore my comment. I am preparing for JEE. I have tried hard enough but I never get the feel of doing problems or understand them. I have tried hard enough. But still I can't connect the concepts I see in real life with that in questions. It feels as if I'm forcing myself. It's been for 2 years. I never felt passion for iit. Should I change my goal of engineering? Or will it change in engineering college since it's more practical. Please help🙏🙏🙏

I have not completely watched this video. My thoughts are - our lives would be very easy if India has less population. Less competition, less pollution, more benefits from govt. , more organized system. Indians have decreased their value by reproducing in a huge no. Compare an Indian with a German citizen. If both are from same profession and even if you adjust the salary according to the standard of living and cost of living you will find that Indians are paid less. Because millions are ready to work for that much of money. If one disagrees then company doesn't has to worry , someone will work for them even for lesser salary. That's not would be the case in Germany or other rich country. The working condition and environment is also not as good as compared to other countries ( that have less population). Now, I am going to watch the podcast 😅😀

Thanks for sharing. Really insightful. But as you can see what Ashish has said that India didn’t have that industry already set up in 1940s unlike Germany. Plus, west Germany got a lot of funds from America and the allies to build it up post WW2. India didn’t have that at all. So with limited resources, it did the best it could. Germany and in fact the entire Europe currently is facing a declining and aging population when you look at the majority. That is why it has opened up the immigration. It does make sense of what you said, that of population was low then individuals would have more worth but most of the industries of India were initially manual and was powered by the strength of numbers. So the topic is debatable but I can see both sides.

@@komalfire thanks for replying. Yeah it has two sides. Germany's population is decreasing and now they want young population so they need to reproduce more. But that's not going to happen in India for the next few decades. Currently we need to control our population. 🙂
