@@catzdollz9810 That's true only if you're RF positive, interestingly enough 🤔Rheumatoid nodules don't really exist for my type of autoimmune arthritis nor seronegative RA. But yes, that is very much true.

good luck on your health journey, I have found diet really helps and I'm constantly slowly improving, I removed sugar, dairy, gluten, alcohol, mass produced meat and smoking, now eat lots of berries, fibre, supplements, probiotics, Apple Cider vinegar, raw honey and salad. I'm about 90% strict with diet and noticed big improvement in the first month and slow benefits in the 6 months after. Currently investigating functional medicine doctors and food sensitivities. good luck to everyone out there with their health..!

Eating in a window, intermittent fasting and occasional longer fasts will also help with the gut recovery and improved symptoms of RA. I'm living proof as well as adopting a much better diet in general like yourself. High-fat fish, Omega 3's, also a strong reduction in salt intake also help. Right on with the fibre and especially large salads full of leafy greens.

I had this doen about 5 year ago and after 20 years of failed treatments and multiple joint replacements this test showed that ritux was the correct treatment for me and 💥 the difference was literally night and day! I only wish I had it available at the start to avoid these disabilitys I'm left with, but the good lord jesus christ is my crutch so I can always look forward

I had the Prism RA test. The only thing my doctor told me was the it appears that TNF blockers won’t work for me. I feel like there was more to learn. So an update on this. My RA is finally being well controlled by monthly intravenous tocilizumab (Actemra). I just had my fourth infusion today. I had responded well to Actemra self injections every two weeks but my white count dropped to 2.1 and my platelets got low and would not rebound unless I stopped all treatment for months, but on intravenous Actemra, my white count has risen these three months to over 3.6 - the low end of the range and my platelets have normalized.

I believe patients stopped getting excited to hear or read breakthroughs when comes to autoimmune diseasea. One thing I'm quite sure of, as far as the treatment plan is corticosteroids and immunosuppressants, nobody will get cured. As far as all new approaches and what so-called " novel therapies" are based on suppression of immunity nobody will get cured. Lesson learned for everyone except doctors and drugs industry.

There's no money in cures. If "they" wanted to cure you I'm quite certain they could. But their profits are gonna be exceptionally higher if you remain ill. This is why we're looking to alternatives and finding out that there are some that actually work well. For myself I found a dental manifestation with my RA that was barely talked about even five years ago. Has to do with a pathogen called P. Gingivalis that is a known cause of RA. But the studies done back in the 90's that showed promise had all been buried and by the time I was DX'ed in 2018 it was virtually impossible to find. Now, why would that be??? Well Humira is $8K a month retail. Versus one major invasive tooth and gum planing and scaling that cost me about $1400 and then just way better maintenance after that. And my symptoms were gone within weeks and only return when I'm not being diligent with my oral health. Do you honestly think the drug companies want to hear stories like this being passed around? And you're right, drugs like Humira are seriously dangerous because they bring your immunity so far down that any number of other things will crop up, including cancer.

I just got diagnosed a couple years ago and I hate it. My whole life has changed. So called Dr Had me on hydroxychloroquine sulfate (Plaquenil) on top of prednisone. The prednisone is horrible and it's made me gain weight. The Plaquenil has affected my vision so bad that I stopped taking both of them. My Dr has acted like he really could give a shit less that's the way I take it. He has only even touched my arms where the pain is the worst maybe, 2xs in 3 years... I'm currently trying to get into Columbus Ohio arthritis and praying they can help giving me my life back.

Unfortunately the docs only want to push the drugs. They don't want to do the work. The work is up to us. Read through some of these comments, especially on diet, exercise, etc. and you will find some really good nuggets and then move on to other sites that talk about the same. Drug companies want to keep you sick, and make you sicker. It's 100% about money.
