As a late in life diagnosed or better recognised, since it's not a disorder, HSP I find this routine together with it's “little brother” Find Your Center very helpful. I have been practising for 2 weeks and feel more energised. In a better place altogether. A heart felt thanks from The Netherlands.

I need to let you know that this is the best qi gong I have ever done thus far! This is precisely, exactly what I need! You are an angel sent to help other angels here on Earth! I cannot thank you enough! 🙏🩵 Furthermore, thank you so much for the explanations throughout this video as you explain the wind, the fire, the moon, the moonlight and the tiger, the mountains! I am always so interested in underatanding the meaning of the movements I am doing and you have explained these in such a poetic way throughout this video! 😍🫶 Lastly, thank you so much for not rushing through this one. I feel like some of your other videos are rushed, like you're hurrying through it to get to your day job. 😩 But this one has you truly in the moment, not running off somewhere else and thank you for that. 😘

wonderful flows; I love this very meditative routine. I will definitely be repeating it regularly. Perhaps in combo with silk reeling or swimming dragon first to loosen up the joints and get some warmth going (I practice very early am) and then go to this for the deepening, the aura building. Very powerful work. Thank you Nick. I hope your wife is feeling well.

Your teaching, videos and voice overs are the best out there. I've been practising with you for some time and it really is transformative. Thank you so much for this video!!! I'm really enjoying the quality content and videos that you share. I'm wondering if you would recommend any benefit to criss crossing the wrist gate points? And if you have any suggestions for feeling heaviness in the legs after this practice?
@TheNickLoffree
Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! I assume you mean switching which wrist is on top (left vs right)? Personally I find the energetic connection gets stronger when I continuously do it the same way. I’ve learned it both ways, switching vs doing whichever side feels more natural, and I would say the latter has seemed more powerful to me. Heaviness in the legs might mean you need to start with more lower body stretching and warmups before getting into this routine. This is one of my few videos where I don’t do a lot of that and just jump right into the meditative stuff, so you might use the first half of my Swimming Dragon video or something similar as a warm up.
