ABOUT ME:
-I started meditating a decade ago and got more serious about it during the COVID pandemic 🧘🏻♀️
-But finding time to meditate with my busy job and hectic life was a struggle 😫

-So, I came up with Just 3 Minutes Meditation 💜
-The idea is simple - short & sweet guided meditations for busy bees or beginners, that you can practice almost anywhere 🌎
-I am by no means a meditation expert - I'm still learning techniques and developing my own practice 📖
