@@DaughteroftheeKing31 so far great! A slow process as I've been struggling with mental health as well. So I put this on the back burner to fix that. I've lost 12lbs tho! I feel really good and satisfied after eating. I've actually have stopped my binge eating habit by just incorporating those healthy fats and lots of fresh produce.

I'm loving your videos, especially your meal prep videos, and can't wait to try your recipes. What I would love from these meal preps is to see something in the description of what your meals looked like throughout the week, like how you mixed and matched everything to create your lunches and dinners and what you supplemented with to create a full menu with complete meals. That would help me see how far some of these recipes stretch and know how to plan my trip to the grocery store so I can get what I need for the week in one go. Thanks! Looking forward to more videos!

I just found you and may I say , I am so glad especially since I am now diagnosed with Raynaud, fibromyalgia, still undiagnosed but lupus, my culture cooking is Puertican foods, very tasty and I do love colorful meals and flavors; due to my inflammations I am having to cut out many carbs. I have chosen Mediterranean foods. my upbringing My Abuelita would teach me to peel, mix ect. As a Lil girl and remembering how it all would open my appetite, yumm, I am from New York City and I love culture and learn 😋, My Mom past away 3 yrs ago and now having to prepare food for my dad that is suffering from heart , severe inflammation on knees n legs, as I did with my Mom and is the best feeling ever to be there for your parents needs and desires 😋 so I see My culture foods prep are Mediterranean but with island 🏝 fruits n other plants, veggies, and we make sofrito just like your chicken spread lol. I love this. Thank you and I will share with my family your videos.

Thank you SO much for taking the time to write this all to me, I LOVE reading messages and learning more about who watches my videos!! I’ve only been to Pietro Rico once and I loved the food, wish I knew more about the food and culture! You seem so kind and are a great support to yourself and your family which is so important, our community is everything! I can’t wait to hear how you add in your island tropical twist to some of these Mediterranean-inspired recipes I share! I think they go so well together anyhow 🏝 😋 plantains and hummus? What a great pair no one has thought of 🤝

Hi Christina! First please know how trails grateful I am for your kindness and support 🤍🙏🏼truly, it means SO SO SO much to me! Second please understand how GREATLY sorry I am for that mistake. You’ll see I’ve gotten SO many comments through the years with the very same request. It was a huge mistake I made in this video and just a few around this time but know if anyone’s frustrated or grossed out by it most it’s ME! I have since then and for almost the 2 past years have pulled my hair back in cooking videos and tried my very best to refrain from touching my hair. Again, thank you and I hope you will watch other videos and get more great ideas!!

Your videos are inspiring to try. You make it look so easy. My only pet pee is that you constantly run your hand through your hair and then you touch the food.😕 it’s not sanitary. Since you’re podcasting to a wide variety of people, that could be a negative. - Food for thought!

Can you marinate the chicken breast with the yogurt sauce and then freeze before cooking?
@suparnasoman

What can we do to avoid chicken breast tasting bad the next day or reheated?
@CarolineLFranco
2 жыл бұрын
Hi suparna, my first tip would be to cook it with a lot of flavor and moisture, for example make sure to use a marinade with lots of brightening ingredients such as herbs or citrus since chicken can be so bland. As far as reheating, I recommend doing it at a very low temperature and in some kind of sauce if possible. If you’re adding it cold to a salad don’t be afraid to add a little extra dressing just on the chicken to bring back some of the flavors and moisture. Hope that helps a little!
