I can’t work in the office anymore, financially and emotionally. Financially because parking, gas, some days having food, and a second vehicle costs me $30k per year. With inflation I can’t afford it and would have to find another job. Btw, I have a six figure job and I can’t afford it due to inflation so I can’t imagine how others would be able to do it. Also emotionally because I can’t get work done around others like I can at home.

Of course Jeff Blau shows no concern for the impending wave of debt, as Related has been shamelessly taking advantage of immigrant investors, extracting over $1.2B from 3,200 families for the New York Hudson Yard Project. These retail investors were tricked into signing unfair contracts that waived their rights to inspect the company, vote, and seek appraisal. This effectively trapped them and made it impossible to recover their hard-earned money ever. Where is your fiduciary duty, Jeff?? Ross??
