The Main Ingredients for The Banana Nugget
500 grams Fully Ripened Banana;
20 grams or about 2 tablespoons Milk Powder;
50 grams or about 3 tbsp Wheat Flour;
15 grams or about 1 tbsp Rice Flour;
50 grams Grated Cheddar;
50 grams Mayonnaise;
½ tsp Fine Salt;
½ tsp Vanilla powder;
2 tablespoons Sugar, to taste;
1 Egg.
Ingredients for the Dipping Batter
50 grams or about 3 tbsp Wheat Flour;
A pinch of Salt;
¼ tsp Vanilla Powder;
150 ml or about ¾ cup Water.
Ingredient for the Coating part
300 to 400 grams Breadcrumb, as needed.
