Looking forward to seeing this one come to life! I built this kit last year and really enjoyed it. I plan to add the Meng growler to my stash and finish it with Two Bobs "pew pew" decals.

Fabulous craftsmanship buddy, this is another enjoyable build for me. How about a future project suggestion 😜 1/32 border lancaster. You know you want to build it. Don't tell the wife or it will be divorce as the cost is unreal.

Lol. I had one of my previous customers offer to buy it and send it to me to build. It looks to be a several month build and shipping the big thing once I’m done is just more than I want to take on at the moment.

I'm always looking forward to your wonderful work! It's a great approach to file the bottom rear of the nose to fill the gap in front of the cockpit. I'm also going to build Maverick's F/A-18E (Revell) in the near future. (Sorry for my English is not good...)

I enjoy your videos. I am surprised by the glaring fitment issues and wrong panel lines on a somewhat pricy kit. You always iron things out nicely though. This one is going to be very cool, and I'm glad to see you do one with the gear down. Top Gun Maverick was worth the wait.

Well at least you had the same fit issues I did…that make me feel better.

Nice work as usual. Looking forward to see the finished model. There is one issue however. The position lights that are under the right wing and on the right LEX are blue not green. Not a huge issue but I thought I would let you know.

Looking good, personally I would of just put some Tamiya masking tape over the clear canopy, instead of the micro mask liquid.

Looking good, as usual. I watched a video of a female modeler in the UK, Jenesis, and she uses Medium CA and Talcum Powder as her seem filler of choice.

I’ve tried that and didn’t like it as it dried in my mixing cup too fast

nice work Sean🗯👌 is this the first hornet on your channel? it's quite rare to see you build the landing gears, are you going to represent it on the ground or in flight in the landing position on an aircraft carrier?

Yep, it’s the first one I’ve done on my channel. I’m building it just sitting on a carrier deck.

Great job, I really enjoy watching your builds. How did you handle rescribing the bottom of the leading edge extensions where the top and bottom meet. What did you use as a guide? I noticed earlier that you had super glue and metallic powder in that area. It seems that is a problem area on every Hornet or Superhornet kit.

I just used a razor saw and went back over it with a scribing tool. Honestly didn’t fuss with it too much and it could’ve been a little neater though.
