Today's video is different. As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, I felt it was important to share my personal journey with Bipolar II Disorder and an Eating Disorder. Mental health struggles are often hidden behind social media's perfect facade. By sharing my story, I hope to break the stigma and foster understanding and compassion.
