So in this vlog I talked a bit about caffeine and anxiety. That and how caffeine can be bad for anxiety. I know A LOT of people are hooked on coffee and energy drinks. That makes it more difficult. What I'm going to try and do is finish what's left of my coffee and switch to decaf. I have to make some kind of change to help my anxiety calm down. I'm always on edge, I'm a very nervous person. I'm nervous sitting here now to be honest.
