Dealing with anxiety, depression, or stress is unfortunate for many of us. This talk explores how to use mental wellness strategies in different aspects of mental health, like stress, anxiety, and depression., and their impact on the lives of an average person and proposes a new way of understanding mental health through the lens of emotion regulation. I have identified different strategies to tackle these issues and outlined mindfulness's most effective methodology to boost mental well-being. Mindfulness is a simple but not necessarily easy practice. It is a way to enhance our emotional resilience and overall well-being. This talk is a call to action and the beginning of the end of the stigma around mental illness.
