I'll go 2nd, LOL... Having Spina bifida I've always had to from a very early age a familiarity and acceptance towards diapers. Yes, cold weather can be difficult with incontinence; I'll add on the pressure of navigating school with it's long hours, sometimes not accessible bathrooms to quickly change and the paranoia of trying to figure out how to hide it from everyone... It was exhausting. Keep breaking the stigma, Pree 🖤🖤🖤

Mine started last year, doing a lot of extracurricular activities put so much stress on my body I was starting to wet myself and I wouldn’t feel needing to go. My bladder unfortunately hasn’t gotten any better since then and now I use pull-ups pretty much all the time. Overtime, I’ve come to accept the fact that I may need them for the foreseeable future, and I’m okay with that. ❤

I've recently been having neurological issues with my legs and my bladder. So far I've been able to manage my incontinence without the need for diapers, but I fear that it will get worse over time. It has caused a lot of stress and anxiety, so keeping my mental health in check is the most important thing for me right now. If anyone is reading this, I want you to know that you are not alone in this and that everyone has problems. The best thing to do is to just keep your head up and work towards a better life regardless of what you are going through.

when I was in my teens, and I was out side playing in the snow, I never realized I would wet myself. Some how the cold numbs the thighs and makes you lose control.

Pree, I love what you've done with your hair‼️ I've been dealing with incontinence since I was a young child. The I found out was during potty training. Mom would take me to the girls room and sit me on the toilet and without knowing I was soiling while wetting. Unlike when dad took me to the rest room, I was using a urinal and apparently soiling my pants and not knowing it. Which turned into several spankings until they took me to see a specialist, then it was back to diapers for me and mainstream school. It didn't really bother me untill I was in high school. Then it turned into a roller coaster of embarrassment. The good old day's 😂😂😂

When I first started losing my bladder control I worked at a fertilizer plant. It always had water and sludge on the cement floor. If I felt even a slight urge I would quickly go behind a mixing tank and relieve myself onto the already wet floor. I didn't always make it, so I started wearing the depend adjustable pull ups they made back then.

My body doesn’t go on its own so I need to take laxatives. Apparently, it got so bad that it’d push on my bladder and I’d constantly pee myself. It would also push against my uterus and my iud. 0/10 would not recommend

Im getting more courageous and admitting to myself that at 36 Im single and wear Goodnites or ABDL diapers 24/7. I tried to deny it for so long and that brought shame and guilt now I openly wear them and wet myself wherever. I've needed diapers my whole life now I don't hide With inspirational stories like you I may make it this time.

My incontinence started very suddenly several years ago. I stood up getting out of my car after a long drive. Before I even knew what was happening I was wetting my pants (thankfully it was late and dark outsidr). Quickly got all my luggage up the elevator to my apartment. Several more incidents over the next month would lead to me starting using pull-up underwear and eventually diapers.

Thanks for sharing this and it’s definitely confusing when incontinence happens so suddenly. Wetting yourself outside in public is quite traumatizing -I’ve done that one too many times- but Atleast these experiences have taught us to wear protection!

I´m actually not "doing" that much, but after 30+ years of wearing diapers, most people who know me on closer terms know that I wear diapers - and I don´t mind. Being open minded, I´ve learnt that the problem of incontinence is by far more common than one would think. Sometimes people approach me for advice on this product or that brand. Sometimes I would half jokingly, half seriously offer diapers to my friends, for example for an uninterrupted watching of three hours of "Dune: Pt. 2" at the theaters. ;)
