For me the most important thing is having fun with the game, you don’t play good when your mad and it’s even worse when you get mad and keep playing that’s how you really tank.
@CozyyPR
4 жыл бұрын
true! the only time i would approve of being mad is in like a do-or-die situation in a set down 2-1 or 2-2 even, but it’s not a “im triggered” mad, its more of a “don’t f*ck with me” mad lmaooo hope this makes sense lol 🤦🏽♂️

Late but same! When I do good and I'm feeling myself I'm unstoppable, but when things go left or I start to stress about mistakes, my playstyle crumbles. It's definitely a mentality/perfectionism. It's a part of myself I'm trying to be more aware of to improve and work around.

I think I've reached a point where I need to experiment with my character but my opponent just won't let me advance in this aspect, I can't do a combo, or even enjoy the game without feeling frustrated. I'm a C. Falcon player and I think I make the same old mistakes that make me an obvious opponent, plus an aggressive style of play. Honestly, this game is no longer exciting as before, I think I will stop playing it and focus on things at my university even if it is very stressful. Thanks for the video bro, youre amazing.

I feel like I have a much worse mentality online. Something about playing in person makes it so that I can't get too mad, maybe because I can physically see my opponent and realize they're a normal person, too. Something that's helped me lately is to be really nice to people online. In arenas, make a friendly title, give them a nice hello, tell them good luck when the match starts, etc. Usually people will reciprocate, and it feels a lot better to lose to a friend than to a faceless entity.

Yeah man I hit a plateau like 2 months ago. And have been struggling to see improvements. My punish game, tech skill, Ledge Trapping and Combos are ridiculous. But I struggle to improve my neutral game, Adapting and to stop playing so over aggressive. to So I made playlist MkLeo, Lemmon, Nitro, and Zachray to study from.And also watching Neutral Guides Playlist, and Joker Specific Neutral guides. I also stopped playing online because certain characters are harder to play and I also realized that Elite smash and GSP are not a measurement of skill. I also have a lot of hobbies and other activities outside of smash but I would be lying if I said I am not passionate about the game. Thanks for the video man. I needed it.

Great video and loved the kh music. For future videos, id like to see in depth advice on what you should do and shouldn't do as joker. What moves do you find yourself using the most and why? What do you do in specific tough match ups whether its against other top tiers, the ditto, losing match ups or really annoying characters like olimar, rosa, sonic, shulk, etc (to put yourself in advantage or to even get out of disadvantage). Asking for a lot, but itd be cool to see these answered in a video.

When do you live on twitch ? Also I play joker but I ´ m having issues with his killsetup ( fair 1 - drag down - down smash) on fastfaller. Is it a true combo on every caracter ?
@CozyyPR
4 жыл бұрын
i’m in the process of starting my stream soon so just wait on it :D and yes it is true but fastfallers it starts to work at later %s because they don’t travel as far as floaties or other characters, just keep practicing it and you’ll be sure to get it!
@blaiddrunnerr
4 жыл бұрын
well, if you do drag down upair and upsmash works better on most characters (at least from my experience). the only character whom it doesn’t work on is Bowser, which drag down upair to down smash IS true on. however it’s also harder to execute online because of delay and lag, the trick is to practice it more and more often. don’t fish for it too much but make sure that when you do get a fair one you try your best to capitalize. after awhile you’ll notice you’ve got it down and you’ll be able to react fast enough. we as humans have a sort of built in cheat code called muscle memory and you’ll have it down before you know it, allowing you to focus on even more things during the match, like baiting the opponent and opening them up for one of your kill setups. good luck! :)
