You are teaching me so much, thank you for taking the time to make these videos. Quick question, is it advisable to change the PCV after a certain mileage to prevent anything going wrong in the future?

On many cars, yes. On the ML, I'm not so sure. It is really well made and seems designed to last 100k km. But I changed mine anyway, and sold the old one as secondhand. I have some really bad ones on Sprinters on KZitem

Thanks for these great videos, very helpful. The EGT Sensor you replaced, is that 'sensor 2 (cylinder bank 1) of the exhaust system? My W212 E350 CDI BlueTec has a faulty sensor 3.

Would it be easier to remove the EGT Sensor by coming up through the bottom of the vehicle instead of down from the top?

No that would not work - the manifolds and y junction completely block that path, and there is only around 50mm clearance to the bulkhead.

If you need an ML 350 to practice on let me know, I'm to old and with arthritis in my hands can no longer work in these sort of confined spaces.😂

You never said whether or not if you had to move the turbo, for the EGT.

Hi - No need to remove the turbo - just the heat shield on the top
