Mark Twain wrote/said: "Mercy is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see." how is it that mercy has such enormous power to influence and touch the human heart. In today's meeting, we analyze two opposing fronts of Satan's activities, which aim to undermine the power and importance of mercy in human life.
Together we will look towards Western Europe, where we observe the disappearance of the practice of confession and the general sense of sin. This can be interpreted as one of the manifestations of an attack on mercy. We discuss the topic of spiritual dangers, using the metaphor of carbon monoxide - a silent killer, to show how subtly evil can work, leading to spiritual death through lack of awareness of sin. The second front in the fight against mercy is the exaggerated treatment of sin - as a reality that even God himself loses.
This episode recalls the story of Dominique Jean Larrey, a military doctor of Emperor Napoleon, who was the first to introduce ambulances to the battlefield - he is indicated as the creator of ambulances.
