4 large egg whites (~170 g)
1 tsp vinegar - I'm using apple cider vinegar
240 g (~1.2 cup) sugar
Filling
300 ml whipping cream
250 g mascarpone cheese
20 g (1 tbsp) icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
Fruit, for decoration (I'm using 1 kiwi, 60 g raspberries and 90 g blueberries)
