This time I bring you the step by step of how to use a product that will undoubtedly make it easier for you to perform in your baking endeavor. This is the emulsifier for making meringue from the NORTE EUROCAO brand called SUPERNORTEMUL. With this product you can make a firm meringue with an incredible texture that will help you save costs, ingredients and, above all, time in baking. You should store it in a cool place, well covered and away from light. It does not require prior refrigeration but once you prepare it you can store it in containers in the cold. It serves the same purpose to decorate as it does to fill cakes. It is highly resistant to high temperatures and you can even mix it with other products to give it flavor and color (example: if you mix it with melted chocolate coverage you will obtain an exquisite chocolate meringue with which you can cover or fill any cake).

Ingredients:
-30 grams of emulsifier
-125 milliliters of very cold water
-250 grams of sugar
-A pinch of salt
-Essence to taste
👩🏾🍳 Preparation:
-Put all the ingredients in the meringue bowl.
-Start blending from the minimum to maximum speed of your mixer.
⏰If your mixer is of good power (500 W) you should beat for 15 to 20 minutes. If it is of lower power you should beat for 20 to 30 minutes.
👀 IMPORTANT:
Try to measure the ingredients by weight and not by cans or tablespoons so that the meringue always has the same firmness and quantity.
