Instead of selecting an area to delete by painstakingly going around the model with the selection brush, a much easier way is to go edit/generate face groups, next select the face/modify/ expand to group or hot key "G" then delete. Using face groups can be very helpful and easily accomplished, particularly with very geometric models such as this.

I've been searching on google on how to make a hollow object solid for 5 hours and found nothing helpful but I found your video at the last minute when I almost gave up and it's what I've been looking for. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Youre incredible! I couldn't find how to do this anywhere. I finally came across the reddit thread where you asked how to do it only to discover that you, you wonderful man, made a video that explains your discovery. You are a beautiful human.

This was really really helpful! A lot of people show how to fill models with the analyzer but they do not come with the hint to only delete a barrier at the borders..

Can also be done a lot quicker by clicking Facegroups, apply some face groups which makes it multi coloured, then you can select and delete the parts easier

I might remake this as using facegroups can in some circumstances be easier to select and delete the specific faces

Thanks, this was really helpful. When putting the head on the figure how do you get the hole in the bottom, is there a way to sculpt it on or just dremmel the hole in the head once printed?

Please show me how to fill in a hollow car! I find so many RC models that I want to be solid that all windows and windshield is missing. I always wonder how to either create the glass or fill in the model. Filling in the model would be so much easier! Please help!

When i closed the face, it didn't close the hole at the bottom, but made a layer along the inside (inner wall of the helmet)

it would of help if you explained the tools you use step by step, instead of just showing the results.
