When my daughter was young, and even up through her teenage years, but starting young-she loved her art box. It was a nice sized plastic tub with clasping hinges to hold the top on tight. In it was papers, stickers, little bits of this or that that looked interesting, - old greeting card fronts, pretty pictures from the mail, little bows, nice pieces of used wrapping paper - basically anything that others may toss. Washable markers, only to use on papers, not furniture. Etc. She would sit at her child's table (when young) with her tub along side her on the floor and create all sorts of things. She would entertain herself, independent of me, for quite long periods. Save anything interesting and put it in there. Additionally, even at your daughter's young age, she can put all things away nicely in it when she is done so that it's not a chore for you. Even the first time when she does just that- make a big deal out of how good she did. Show Daddy when he gets home. She will be hooked on keeping care over it, wanting the recognition and praise. Even your son could be in charge of putting the shoes in the right container and show Daddy what a big helper he is. Those sorts of things. If it seems good to you, that is. We all have our different ideas on when to begin with our children.

We use a cloth diaper holder for dirty kitchen towels. It hold the bleach water, or whatever cleaner you choose with water , until you are ready to wash. The art station, we use the three tiered roll carts and it sits in a corner or under the table until in use. The containers are always a great idea with labels. Love the new bathroom. 🎉

I bought small mesh laundry bag. I rinse out the cleaning clothes especially microfiber, like you do, put them in a separate basket, then when I’m doing a cold laundry wash I put the clothes in the mesh bag and throw them in with the laundry. I also don’t wash them daily. I usually do them about once or twice a week. I have no kids. ❤ and then sometimes I will soak them and strip them in the kitchen sink. For a good deep cleaning.

@@fromjeniawithlove2506 This reply reminded me that you mentioned a battery problem with Dyson. I know your current one was covered, but just in case you don't know - you can order batteries off of Amazon. That's what I did when my battery died. Lasts even longer than the original battery from Dyson (because I purposely chose a higher model battery. It worked like magic!) Dyson was selling a new battery for $115 - and the one I ordered on Amazon was $44. If you ever need another battery (later), you can always contact me on Instagram (I'm already following you). Take care! ❤

I also wash kitchen towels, etc, separately. I like to wash my linens, dish cloths, cleaning rags in super hot water (pre wash and extra rinse) using a small amount of bleach and no fabric softener. Keep a small covered woven basket... something pretty and use it as your kitchen hamper. I often fill my kitchen hamper faster than anticipated and get low on dishcloths/dish towels before a full load so on the day i wash, I run around the house gathering face cloths and towels (I treat towels and such the same way... even when wahed alone) to top up the washer. I criticism... I don't enjoy the background songs. I much prefer your voice over, and if you must have music something without words would be much better.

The plants you saw, were they up on the window or down on the table? If they are on the table, I'd rather move them somewhere, because my cat eats my plants sometimes. I'll do research online too!
