Nice video. I'm animal science studend and my teacher asked me a question, when TME is less than AME and in which ingredients. Can you help me about that?

For an ingredient: TME > TMEn > AME > AMEn. However, for fats this is the order: TMEn > TME > AMEn > AME.

Thank you for your video!!! Does fermenting makes nutrients, minerals, and vitamins more bioavailable? Does fermenting reduce feed cost? Are there any side effects giving fermented feed to chickens?

That's a good question. In one of our studies back in 2013, we found that brewers' grains byproducts had high ileal protein digestibility. Recently one of my colleagues from the Wageningen University in the Netherlands ran a trial on using beer byproduct in starter phase of broilers and found promising results as well.

Hello Kairu. The concept of ME (Metabolizable energy) is same for all poultry breeds. However the ME requirements of birds are different. For broilers the range of ME is 2800 to 3200 Kcal/kg. By the way I'm attending a fantastic conference today and tomorrow and I'll share the good information through my channel soon. Thanks
