Truth, and funny when I or bobby talked about all this before, we got bashed by some of the same people that are commenting here and agreeing with you now that you started too lol It's a joke. Im glad Im only in it to help new people and kids. Best thing that has come from KZitem is the good people Ive met and teaching the girlscouts classes I started here in NJ. Being sponsored has helped me do things and give back, thats more important than any numbers

I’m a treasure hunter not a KZitemr, and it shows cause I am a slacker in making videos, I don’t enjoy it and I don’t want taking video to be what I’m focused on. I have been told by some bigger KZitemrs that that makes me an AHole, but it is what it is, my hobby is treasure hunting not YouTubing. If KZitem was my hobby I could get more subscribers filming videos of myself doing stupid things. Hold my Beer! Much love to my content creator friends that enjoy making videos for me to watch.

The Metal Detecting "so called community" is no more than a sh-t show right now so much division among channels, you have people in one group that will have nothing to do with other groups because of who they watch, who they are friends with and even over the type of machine you use. They have forgot that its about sharing your finds not how much you find or even what your finding, or the machine you use, which I could care less about what you swing, I just want to see what you find. When we entered this community things were different people cared about each other, now its just about NUMBERS my numbers are more than yours which makes me better than you, well thats not true , alot of channels out there with big numbers and no views, then the ones out there paying for views and subs to make themselves look better, Well we have never done that nor will we, Sad thing is you have channels encouraging cheating and making people think is fine to cheat, watched one metal detecting channel that said, "Want to know how to cheat come to my channel and I will show you. Will we quit this community, Yes one day we will and when we do it will not be nice because I will tell them all just what we think. As for live streaming well thats just sad in the metal detecting community and i use that word loosely, all that has become is a format of filth for some channels who have no life who feel that seeing bouncing BOOBS is more entertaining than metal detecting, and I know that you can only talk metal detecting so much, but if FILTH is all you can do then it is time to stop. Now this is just my opinion as a metal detectorist and a youtube creator. From what I witness every day.

Machines matter a little bit, not because one might be proper and another isn't, but because people want to see videos with the machine they own, the noobs just get their first machine and they want to see videos with it to learn it

One main reason I watch your videos on any channel is "NO cursing " also you have very interesting friends who you share your limelight. But most of all your family...whatever you video adding family. ... you know it's real. I'm just a fan of whatever activity you do 😊

I am a KZitem and Facebook junkie. I rarely watch tv except for sports and old movies. I watch many different types of videos on YT and FB but I do get tired of channels that do the same things over and over again. Some channels may give a review on a product and three or four other channels review the same product. Another downer is poor videography like moving the camera too fast and a lot of shaking. Mostly, what keeps me coming back to a certain channel is the person and how he or she presents the video or has several different interests. For instance, your channel digs or walks steams for bottles and occasionally will do metal detecting or just exploring. I enjoy the way you present it. Robert on the Old Byrd Farm keeps doing something different every video which keeps me entertained and coming back. Keep up the good work!

Brandon because of you, the red worn tastes so much better than all the others. This is also the reason i watch your channel over all others. I know you may feel that personality may not be a good deciding factor to watch a channel but for us who enjoy your content, we also love your personality and that for me is why i stay with you brother. Anybody can dig stuff out of the ground. Not everyone can make it and keep it interesting. This what you do for us my friend. Keep the adventures coming, metal detecting included. And i truly mean this, Thanks for taking us along

I can't say it enough that in a niche that has been totally saturated since covid, you have to interject a lot of your personality into a video. Many of mine don't have spectacular finds, but they get great views for my channel suze, because for some strange reason people like me😂😂

The one channel in bottle digging that has took off is below the plains. Tom and jake where smart, and filmed the first year and a half of their videos years before the launched the channel and you were getting multiple videos a week. Some of Tom's Facebook posts went through the roof also. He's well behind you on followers but he's around forty thousand on Facebook, and almost a hundred thousand on KZitem.

You're right about it being saturated, so hard to get views when you're a smaller channel. I was thinking about keeping my metal detecting channel because I enjoy doing it, but starting a second channel on a different topic to try to earn some money, because there is just no money in it right now with the amount of views I get.

the number of you tube channels per topic has increased over the last few years. simply because of the success of the main ones. Me, I subscribe to channels I find interesting. The creator and the content equally. I often take breaks from watching my subscribed channels because another topic has peaked my interest, snowplowing in the austrian alps, but I do return and catch up. I realize that a lot of creators do have an income from their channels but I wish the number of views was not the creators main focus. As a bottle hunter you will find the same bottles over and over again Not a problem for me. but you also find different and rare ones as well. I would suggest being true to your style of video.

We are fairly new to KZitem and detecting, but our channel continues to grow. We just hit 1,000 on Sunday, nowhere near you but that's okay with us. We didn't start ours to become rich or famous, it was to share our experiences with my Dad who could no longer be mobile and enjoy the outdoors for himself anymore. My father just passed away in October and we had such a special group of subscribers that enjoy the father/son aspect of detecting we decided to keep the channel going. We have received nothing but love and support from everyone in this community such as yourself, it's ok with us if we never make a dollar off of it. The true reward is reading all of the wonderful, amazing and very supportive comments to my 10 year old son every week. We have made so many awesome friends and feel like we belong, we are here to stay. You put out so much great information and we love watching all of your vids from bottle digging, creek walking to metal detecting we will always watch and be supportive! Keep up the great work!

Brandon, we love your channel. The history of your finds explained, the humor, the family, the personality is a big part of it, so is the quality of the camera work and editing. It has always been a happy moment to see new content come up from you and we would miss all that if you switched to another platform. Any other platform. If you do branch out, please keep those of us in mind who got your channel going here first and keep up the fine entertainment on this venue as well.

I love watching your channel. I wouldn't like it if you went to Tic Toc because I don't use it. I only use FACEBOOK &KZitem. If alot of Treasurer Tubers are going to Tic Toc then there would be less of them to compete with. And I spend a lot more than one hour a week watching KZitem alot more. I watch all sorts of channels just scrolling thru, but I'm subbed to a fair amount of them. I'm not able to truly join any of my favorite channels because I don't have the extra money. I having to take care of my wife who is in real bad health. So not a whole lot of funds coming in. I watch my KZitem, NASCAR and FOOTBALL. Please keep making videos and posting on KZitem. ✌️🤟🤘

Yes! they're lots of channels with same content. but if you all leave to go to TikTok then you're just going to do the same thing on TikTok. I have several metal detecting channels I watch just like I have several bottle digging channels. but they all come out on different days of the week. I find that a lot of channels copy others which makes it hard to watch because they do the same thing others do. But the way you do yours is the way to do it. you mix it up so it's not so boring or uninteresting to watch.
