"I just want to spread that on some toast, that is so buttery!" I think this is the best description of Chance's voice that I've ever heard... 😀

I love that HF occasionally takes a very traditional, straight forward approach to a song. of course, there is nothing simple about those clean, tight, complex harmonies.

Home Free do have a lot of awesome humorous videos, but they have some serious tearjerkers as well.... _Go Rest High On That Mountain_ and _How Great Thou Art_ to name but two. I will toss in two of my favorites from them, the more pop _Mayday_ (Cam cover) and the pure harmonies of _Helplessly Hoping_ (CSN cover).

Since you're a drummer, I'd love to hear your comments on Home Free's human drum machine on their other covers. When I listen to Home Free I forget there aren't any real drums, or other instruments.

Welcome to Home Free! Loved your reaction. I discovered Home Free this past year and fell in love. They are incredible. Try How Great Thou Art, O Holy Night, Angels We Have Heard On High, Helplessly Hoping to hear great harmonies. To hear more low notes try I Can’t Outrun You, Down to the Honkytonk. They have so many good songs. They have collaborations with the Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama and Kenny Rogers. Also to hear more from Tim look for collaborations with Peter Hollens. Tim and Peter sing Misty Mountains from the movie the Hobbit. Can’t go wrong with Home Free.

Lol, I said the same thing when my dad had me listen to this song last year.... "It's so smooth you could spread it on toast!" Your reaction to this was so genuine, the looks on your face said it all! Thanks for not pausing it and just reacting, saving the chat for later. Keep going with more Home Free please!

Can't wait for your reaction to Home Free...they an all acapella group, but here all 5 are singing instead of the usual 4 with Adam Rup supplying the beats ! You should take a look at some of Adam Rupps videos (made by audience fans) during his "drum solo" performances at Home Free concerts...he is remarkable

Keep the Home Free home fires burnin'! Impeccable musicianship and talent. The firepower in that studio (plus Darren Rust -- the one who wrote this and many other of their arrangements -- at the console) is off the charts. Happiest of New Years!!

Oh, yes! They do way more than just funny, although we love that about them! Check out some other beautifully sung songs/videos they’ve done like “Colder Weather”, “I Can’t Outrun You”, and a very powerful version of “God Bless the USA” (2020 version) featuring Lee Greenwood and The Singing Sargents from the US Air Force! Bring some tissues. ☺️ I just subscribed here because I am a devout “Home Fry”! Loved your reaction! We know how you feel! This is one of my favorite videos of theirs!

'Auld lang syne' is an old Scottish poem that was created, to farewell the old and literally translate to 'Old long since'. To take a drink for what has been (and those who has gone, in honor). That's why it's been sung in New years.

I'm sorry .... "Just as good as Pentatonix" .... please.!! That conventional A Capella group is very good and very stylish in standard male / female quality harmonization. THEY ARE However, NOT IN THIS HOME FREE LEAGUE !!! two three-register singers ( Tim & Adam Chance) One smooth as glass Mid Tenor in Rob .... phenomenal HIGH TENOR in Austin .... and you have the pinnacle of A Capella and for that matter .... any singing / instruments or not with other groups & singular talents .... surely you need a little more Home Free songs !
