Hi Evan, You wouldn't believe how relevant this it to a robotic arm project I've just downloaded. The designer did use OnShape and provided the link. I'm tempted to rework his model where his captive nuts are and make them integrated. Great

Some videos on aging patterns or textures to a surface would be awesome

Can you clarify what you mean by "aging patterns"? Do you mean like wear marks and scratches and things like that?

@@evanreese8592 oh that was a text fail, I mean repeating patters like textures. In the speaker one you had the holes on a pattern. Personally i am interested in odd shaped surfaces but it appears that onshape doesn't play very well with no planar non cylindrical textures.

@@stich1960 Oh got ya, I've made a feature called Attractor Pattern that can do some things like that, but it's got a lot of functionality, and is therefore also less intuitive to use, so I intend to make a video showing how at some point. Until then, feel free to check out the feature here. cad.onshape.com/documents/ca03eaf542826bb98f6cc90e/v/1f499523b31b63e28efc46b5/e/3d918f5d92e84cb0a54d4605

No issues with resuming a print and having it adhere?

I've not seen anything major go wrong. Sometimes there's a visible line where it paused, which might indicate a weak spot (would need to test more to know). I think it matters how fast you make the swap. If you let it pause overnight and do it in the morning, the plastic is cooler than if you add things promptly and continue.
