Nice one Bro for checking out Hanabie, it's me who requested it 😎🤘 Yes it was Gaku Taura (support drummer) from Crystal Lake is their producer now. Curious about her vocals? She's lit man, they have some non-pro shot cams Live and some rehearsals thing, I tell you she's legit real man🤘 Actually they did released another video today, a cover song from Ado.. By the way mentioning Galneryus, they released a new MV today too, and its 🔥🔥🔥

Nice reaction! 👍🤘😀 Hanabie focuses on Metalcore blending with other elements, as you've noticed here. The members are Yukina (Harsh vocals), Matsuri (Guitar & clean vocals), Hettsu (Bass & chorus) and Sae (Drums). For the next Hanabie, I suggest L.C.G Hanabie's producer is Gaku Taura, who is a support drummer for Crystal Lake. He has his own studio, Soul Japan. Lady Beard, the guy from Ladybaby, now has a new group, Babybeard. They already have songs on Spotify and they should release some MV soon, I hope. You also have to see NEMOPHILA - DISSENSION. As they say on sales sites, people who liked Hanabie also liked Nemophila.

Wow, your prognosis of "cute and brutal" was very accurate. The Japanese Rock and Metal scenes are so awesome, I can't even remember the last time I listened to anything heavy (which has been released after 2010 or so ) that was not from Japan. I hope these "girls" find a label that gives them maximum freedom to just do their thing. They might become really big.

I think one of the things that makes Female bands from Japan more interesting is they don't try to be masculine bad asses like a lot of Western female bands. They embrace their feminity as it provides a greater gap between what you see and what you hear. Just take a look at the big 3 right now. Band Maid, Lovebites, and Nemophila.

I agree completely. And that is partly why there are so many in Japan. They don't have to feel like they're giving up their feminity. It's a great way to find a good husband and have a family. The LOVEBITES guitarist was 5 months pregnant at a concert. You can see Tamu's kids walking around in Nemophila videos. They can also just quit and have a family whenever they want. There are so many who have set the example that they can still be feminine. Babymetal most of all I think. Moa and Yui were superstars. The more time that goes by the more I think that Su was the least talented of the 3. Which is very weird from an American perspective. You can think Babymetal is terrible, but they've contributed so much to metal. They made so many girls want to play metal.

Definitely one of the bands to watch. And yes, the Japanese metal scene is onto some sort of secret sauce, it's simply amazing.
@Gaius__
Жыл бұрын
I think the brand name of that secret sauce is "Let's just be friends and have fun". Of course they have bills to pay and need money, but somehow they are less interested in that than in making their fans happy and just having fun kicking ass on stage. And it works, too. If you are that good and treat your fan base well (as is customary in Japan) money will soon cease to be a problem, automatically.

hehe nice reaction :) I have to make one correction though: This whole song doesn't use a single blastbeat, let alone gravity blasts. One of my new favorite bands. The name is “Ha-na-bi-eh” (five syllables). It’s written as 花冷え (literally “flower” + “cold/chilled”). “Ha-na-bi” (花火 - “flower” + “fire”) means “fireworks”. It’s the name Hanabie some kind of pun? Check out all of their MVs (there are only a few), then check out the live performance in small club (the thumb has a colorful graphic of kanji and “2020”, and “L.C.G. release” in tiny text, and you will be jealous of the 20 people at that show
@nanakakitano9724

Hanabie is a reference to the cold period in spring before the cherry blossoms bloom, the band chose that name because all their members had birthdays in or around that period.
