Aside from the nervous ticks of the presenter, that are very distracting, I saw two major violations in this video. 1... Wheels should NEVER be used with on stairs. @ 1:54 2... That harness connection was lower than the tether! @4:14

Thank you for your comments Rick, indeed, a scaffold used in a staircase should never be with wheels. For the harness, as it was about to quickly show its use from the ground, the example seems good, but it is true that this could be demonstrated in the structure of a scaffold, with a higher connection. Wow, If you don't already know how to level, you have no business on a scaffold. I think we could speed the video up a bit and still cover important points. I'm here so I can see how to build scaffolding on rugged terrain. If I only built on parking lots then my life would be so much easier.
