Thank you PJ. You are my "person" for strengthening my 58-year-old bod. I stopped striving for flat abs when severe restriction, low fat, low carb, diet-- otherwise known as an eating disorder -- plus overexercising did not give me this result. Now my goal is strong abs and a strong lower back in conjunction with eating what my satisfies me. I feel privileged to have this body. Thanks again for being here!

Love the workout, but at about round 4, the booty band got yanked off, thrown across the room, and called a P.O.S. F’ing B. Yeah, my latex bands are crap! 🤷♀️

Wow! My glute meds are on fire! I used an intermediate strength fabric booty band, and the only time I wished I had elastic was on that last ab exercise.

Decided to try extreme for half of the squats/heel lifts holding 6kg dumbbell! Thanks for the excellent workout PJ and reminder to turn on tracker although I only managed to press start halfway through - not sure I'm improving on that front!!

This had the heart rate up and the sweat on! 💓💦 'Was wearing shorts so I eventually took the (latex) booty band off for the lunges. I think I might try a cloth band next time, as others suggested 😊 Day 22, done! 🙌

With shorts on I had to swap out the latex for my cloth band 👍 I found it worked much better. ( I think the ‘stretch link’ was missing 🤔)

Day 22 in the books. Didn't sleep well last night so I did this a bit slower than my usual but I kept up! The booty band rolled up and I never got it to stay straight. Those lower ab exercises were something else! See you tomorrow!

I do love these met-cons- quick, but super intense! Plus I got to try out my new 4" wide booty bands (I broke my 2 " wide ones). They still roll a bit, but not nearly as bad as the 2" ones. Thanks for an awesome workout PJ!

Wow, what a workout! I just bought new Booty Ban yesterday, I will feel my legs tomorrow! I usually do your challenges a few times, months apart and documented. It's a great way to see how I have improved, which I have! I can do push-ups now. On my knees, but still do them. Before, I would just do chest press. And for my heavier weights I went from 12 lbs to today. I used 21. Thank you for all you do! I love all the workouts! Cheers Heather

Hey PJ, I really enjoyed this one. I wear shorts for your workouts and I started with the latex band. It was killing my skin so I switched to my medium cloth band and it was perfect for the rest of the workout and much more comfortable. Thank you as always. :)

My only saving grace with this workout is that I couldn’t do it at my normal time which is 4:45am. I don’t think I would have made it! My booty band was being a little b@$!* and was flung to the other side of the room with a few choice words!

I loved this one!! It´s quite a challenge keeping the elbows back and not splayed while doing the push-ups but I´m working on it. I did this in shorts and the booty band stayed in place and didn´t pinch me like I thought it would. Thanks again, PJ!

Loved this workout as always. I specifically liked the stomach ones with the band. I will be away from home for a month this summer and looking for exercises with the band to keep my muscle tone since I won't have dumbbells.

knee pushups with wrist/shoulder taps getting better... your cue a couple sessions ago to tighten core going up from the floor so that it was one solid core going up versus the 3 piece way i was doing really helped... i could visualize it better and it actually made it "easier" - until i got more tired than all bets are off... but, anyway, definitely getting stronger. thank you!

ℹ️ If anyone is looking for a tip for dealing with the band during lunges, I discovered that taking the band off of one leg (and moving it up my other thigh a bit so it didn’t fall) helped the band not be annoying. Putting my other leg back in took the same amount of time as readjusting it.
