Haldi (Turmeric Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
lal mirch powder (Red chili Powder) - 1 teaspoon
Jeera powder (Cumin seed powder) - 1 teaspoon
Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) - 1 tablespoon
Namak (Salt to taste)
Matar (Green Peas) - 200 gm
Methi (fenugreek leaves) - 400 gm
Malai (Fresh Cream) - 150 gm
Hara Dhaniya (Fresh Coriander) - a handful (chopped)
