Drizzle olive oil on the slab of ribs with a combination of herbs and spices, wrap in foil, and put them in them in a pre-heated oven at 250f for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours; then under the broil until crispy or on the BBQ depending on weather... Hubby does not like them saucy... so I omit the BBQ sauce and put it on the table with fries and salad/cole slaw...

If you cook that 1 slab for 3 1/2 hours in the oven at 375 you would not be able to pick it up like that to put on the grill it would be falling off the bone. I do 2 hours at 250 and even then it is iffy if I will be able to handle them without falling apart.
