🧀 Ingredientes (12 Pzas):
Masa:
250 a 270 gr de Harina de Trigo Todo uso (Yo use 250 gr 2 Tazas).
100 gr azúcar glass (1/2 Taza).
75 a 80 gr de Huevos ( 1 Huevo + 1 Yema con un poquito de clara).
125 gr de Mantequilla sin sal.
1/4 cdta de Polvo de Hornear.
1/2 cdta de sal.
Relleno:
180 gr de Queso Crema (1 Barra).
70 gr de Queso doble crema o mas queso crema.
130 gr de Azúcar blanca (1/2 Taza + 3 Cdas).
10 gr de azúcar vainillada (1 cda o 2 cdtas esencia de vainilla).
2 Huevos ( 100 gr de líquidos).
90 a 100 gr de Crema Acida/Yogurt/ Crema para batir. (1/2 Taza - 2 Cdas).
16 gr de Maicena (2 Cdas ).
1/4 cdta de sal.
1/2 Cda de Jugo de limón (Opcional).
⏩Tips y recomendaciones:
1. Puedes hornear las bases por separado para esto después de refrigerarlas deberás hornearlas por 15 min a 180 C y las dejas enfriar antes de vaciar el relleno en ellas.
2. Recuerda batir después de incorporar los huevos solo a incorporar mucho mejor si todo esto lo haces con tu batidor de globo manual.

250 to 270 gr of All Purpose Wheat Flour (I used 250 gr 2 Cups).
100 gr powdered sugar (1/2 Cup).
75 to 80 g of eggs (1 egg + 1 yolk with a little bit of white).
125 gr of unsalted butter.
1/4 tsp Baking Powder.
1/2 tsp salt.
Stuffed:
180 gr of Cream Cheese (1 Bar).
70 gr of double cream cheese or more cream cheese.
130 gr of white sugar (1/2 Cup + 3 Tbsp).
10 g of vanilla sugar (1 tbsp or 2 tsp vanilla essence).
2 Eggs (100 g of liquid).
90 to 100 gr of Sour Cream/Yogurt/ Whipping Cream. (1/2 Cup - 2 Tbsp).
16 gr of Cornstarch (2 Tbsp).
1/4 tsp salt.
1/2 Tbsp of lemon juice (Optional).
