Today here I am with my cripsy Batuk recipe. Bet you will love it.
Ingredients:
1. White dry peas (1kg)
2. Ginger (80-90gm)
3. Onion (4 pieces)
4. Oil (1 litre)
5. Salt (as taste)
6. Chilli (if you like spicy)
Recipe:
1. Soak the white peas for 24 hours. Then Finely grind the 1/3 portion of soak peas, roughly grind the second 1/3 portion and finally make the paste of remaining peas.
2. Finely chopped the onion.
3. Make fine paste of ginger.
4. Now add all ingredients in one pot and add salt as taste and mixed it will.
5. Then heat the oil.
6. Give shape for Batuk in banana leaf.
7. Now add Batuk in hot oil and fry it until it turn golden brown (flip the side when they turn golden color).
Finally your cripsy Batuk is ready to serve.
