Hi Carmen...wanted to let you know your recipe for sausage bun is by far the best for use with bread machine😊. The dough comes out perfect and not too sticky like some other ones I've used that requires tong zhong😅. I have also used same recipe for 餐包,波羅包…etc and all come out great! Pls keep sharing more recipes😊

I just baked this yesterday, I cannot believe I made it!It was delicious.I used jhonsonville cheddar beddar because of the kids,otherwise I coulde have used thesame flavor in the video.Thank you so much carmen for sharing this your recipe of sausage roll.

想請問,淡豆奶是用無糖嗎?今天做了一次,用牛奶,麵團很難捍開,一直回彈,看了留言,好像是鬆弛時間不夠。另外我見室溫都有大約25 度,於是減了10 ML 水份,會不會有關係呢?麵包食起來少了一份鬆軟感。。

Hi Carmen! My bread machine dough function has 1st and 2nd rise function. Do I take out dough after 1st rise? Or wait for dough function to finish?

Thx, Carmen! But the timing for 1st knead and rise on my machine is ttl time around 25 min only. Is this enough? I see your comment say your machine takes about an hr.
BAKEwithCarmen I stay in Msia with tropical weather whole year long. I make dough follow ingredients you gave exactly but my dough came out WET for 3 times, can you possibly tell what went wrong? The only amendment I did was replaced Soy milk to Cow milk. Need help badly 😩
