Many parts of some cities, esp where gangs are rampant like in L.A county he would be risking his life doing this slow rolling through some hoods... Many unsuspecting people who either got lost off a highway or took wrong turns and end up in gang territory have gotten their cars lit up just because the guys on the block didn't know who was inside the vehicle... Riding through once you might be ok, but you spin the same block a second time , you'll likely catch a few hot balls😁.
