@@Wayvee. Saying a player had zero playoff success is not a “tired argument” it’s literally the reason he’s slept on! Greatness is not made in the regular season. Iverson literally became a legend because of 1 playoff run in 2001. But besides that why was TMac not an all time great defender like a Kobe? Did you know that he only averaged 17 pts Vs Kobe in his career? That’s because Kobe took matchups personally. Why didn’t he ever elevate his teams to be greater than the sum of their parts like Dirk did in 2011? He’s a legend because of that Run! And yes your right he got injured and that halted what could have been an even better career. But These are all legitimate reasons why he gets slept on. Which was your original statement. LeBron playing against players inspired by Jordan, Kobe, t Mac etc. The level of talent is higher. Teams are better everywhere due to the growth of talent. Damn anyteam are contenders. Jordan was the MVP most seasons he played. Kobe was just as good as the other great players in the league with him. LeBron is the MVP most seasons in the midst of players that was influenced by him, Kobe, Jordan, Dr j, ai, Larry bird, curry etc. Stacked teams are the only teams in NBA history that created 3 plus ring dynasties. If it took stacked teams in Larry bird day to win multiple rings, then realistically with all the influence of previous players, in takes even greater teams to win 3 plus rings or a ring at all in today's league. None hoopers sleep on mchale, parish, worthy, Scott, Harper, Paxton, etc. Bashing and shaming world wide ranked all time greats benefits you none.

@@venusspacey9685 I’m going to disagree a little bit about contending teams. The league in the 80s and 90s had more contending teams. Especially the late 80s with the rise of the Bulls, Knicks, Jazz, blazers. The 90s was the most balanced era ever. The East and West was damn near even. Yes Chicago won 6 but look at those Knicks and pacers series the bulls barley made it out alive. Hell Utah choked against Chicago of anything. Today’s game has more talent from top to bottom. I would say this past season you didn’t really have superteams since the nets and lakers was a shit show. So i agree that this past post season a number of teams could’ve won the chip however depending on who gets KD that may change back to superteams galore. Which was the case from 2008-2019.

That would have made my childhood but it was the best decision. TMAC is in my top 10 favorites. I'm still trying to figure out why I got made fun of for wearing his shoes and headbands he had while playing. I had all his gear. I loved his shoes with Adidas. Who the hell gets laughed at for wearing Tracy Mcgrady shoes.

MICHAEL JORDAN! Did not want T-Mac on the Team? Jerry Krause should have called MJ’s bluff, and made him retire, he would not have retired. MJ ain’t even in the GOAT debate anymore. MJ is a type of FRANKENSTEIN superstar, he was created by NIKE INC; NBA INC, and MULTI-MEDIA AD Agency’s of Madison Ave New York, and Hollywood California.
