Been married for 30 years, and raised 6 sons. My husband probably doesn’t know how to use the laundry machine either. On the other hand, I don’t know how to run the tractor, use the snowblower, program the remote controls , or fix our small appliances when they break…💁♀️

Fixing a broken appliance isn't even remotely similar to operating a laundry machine. A better example would be not knowing how to change a light bulb. Both are tasks that anyone can figure out how to do in 5 minutes. It's not rocket science. Listen, I'm all for gender roles. I myself wash the dishes 95% of the time, but my husband is still capable of washing the dishes if he chose to. And I don't usually pay for things, but I'm still capable of swiping a credit card or counting change it I had to. Not being able carry out basic daily human tasks is just kind of sad imo.

I see Michael's point of view on that, I've grown up around the same dynamic with my parents and will probably continue it. That said, I can totally see your side to things too and to be honest, the world is changing to the point where people (not just women) are more independent, can look after themselves and really, survive in a concrete jungle. I view things like cooking, doing laundry, cleaning, financial literacy as *basic* life skills. When some trad men say they believe in the gender role dynamic, that's fine, but it should come with a caveat that it's most likely an "after marriage" thing. Surely you picked up after yourself, fed yourself, did you own laundry, prior to meeting and getting married. Anyway, please look after yourself, brother.

I always find it fascinating whenever English speaking people get reprimanded for not saying a name correctly. Language has a certain flow, and foreign names can ruin this flow. I'm learning Japanese currently and one of the first things I had to learn was how to pronounce my name in a Japanese way. Also, I'm willing to bet this girl isn't able to pronounce the names "Arnold Schwarzenegger" and "Diane Krüger" the correct German way

watching this video helped me to learn that me and Michael have the same birthday 14 years apart!!! 🎉 that’s so badass, there’s only a couple other people that are famous that have my birthday, and I don’t really care for any of them. So awesome to know that one of my favorite political commentators and I share the same birthday. 😂❤❤

"Banning pride flags violates the First Amendment to the US Constitution." The First Amendment reserves Americans the freedoms of speech, petition, assembly, religion, and press. In NONE of those lies the right to force these flags upon society.

Feminists be like: “Ok, we’re gonna let the men have our jobs” like, ladiessss, these are OUR jobs. Men have their jobs and we have ours. We shouldn’t try to take their jobs and we shouldn’t let them take ours!! It is a privilege for us to get to do what we women do!!

I live in Scandinavia and my mother tried teaching me how to use the laundry machine, I don't know how to use it and I don't know if I have ever turned it off when I empty it because it needs to be on so I can open the spaceship window looking door and I have no idea if it turns off when I press the power button. Some of the lights go off but some are still on after I press the power button. There should be a special class in schools dedicated to teaching kids how to use the laundry machine.

I plan on banning my husband from doing the laundry. I like how I do it, and I'm sure he'd do it fine, but I will want to have my system and I won't want that messed with most the time. I could see a world in which he picks up something like laundry, but I don't want to share...it's gonna be all or nothing for me

Now, I fully understand the point you're trying to make about the washing machine and the home dynamic and all that, but also... if it's too advanced to be understood, why not just get a new washing machine?
