I would like to thank you all for great feedback and support. One of the most common questions is why Ewan Dobson`s music? Ewan Dobson is a phenomenal Canadian fingerstyle guitarist and Candyrat Records recording artist. I have included his music as a token of appreciation to his art and great music creations. Few tips to all complaining about the music As you all know, You tube has Strict policies about use of licensed and copyright music, so we use what we can weather is matching the content of the video or not. If you don't like the music ,not just mine but of any video on the You tube, Don't just rant about it and dislike the video content, before you think about what the You Tube wants. Simply mute the video, load your Media player or ITune with your favourite music and play the video. How hard that can be. Thank you all once again for your feedback and support.

Something tells me nothing in this video will taste better than the nice chicken drumstick I'm creating right now... Seriously, is it just me or are the servings really really really tiny? I mean- there was a poached egg at 1:17. Do we seriously need fucking gold to spice it up? What're you supposed to do with the gold anyway? Pocket it as a souvenir? How can you call it 'fine' dining if there's practically nothing to dine on?

Some of the plates look amazing. Some look stupid. I'm sorry but if you bring me two ounces of food for my main entree at 75+ dollars a plate I'd say shove it. I've been to some fantastic restaurants and luckily I haven't encountered the one ounce of meat with a baby carrot and a couple drops of sauce crap.

That's what it meant when the guide started. But the idea that a two-star restaurant is only worth visiting if you happen to be going close by is no longer tenable. Essentially, it's saying that you shouldn't even bother to eat at a restaurant that doesn't have at least a Bib Gourmand. If only life were that good! :-)

Because there are multiple courses, not just the common soup/salad/appetizer/main/dessert that americans are used to. Instead it's all one meal spread out into 5 or more courses. By the end you are full and satisfied, not gorged on oversized portions. And I do agree that the gold is absolutely stupid.

I can understand that making this kind of food is difficult and I would be in heaven if I got to try any of these dishes but it would make me mad as hell to pay a ton of money for what looks like a dollop of essence of unicorn and a tiny slice of quail and leave broke and hungry.

I am a rock lead guitarist, I am also an apprentice chef working in a top fine dining restaurant in my native country of New Zealand. I am inspired by this food and as a very pleasant bonus the soundtrack was awesome, anyone wanting to speak poorly of this sound track should try playing it. Game over.

No shame in ripping off artists eh? At least give some credit at THE BEGINNING of your video to the musical artists if you have to add their music.. How about I start ripping off your culinary art and call it my own? Yeah, I bet you'd love that.

And if Dali was such a la-di-dah fine painter, why did he do so many tiny paintings? Where were the building side murals, Dali? My mother paints santa clauses on storefront windows at least 3 times the size of a stupid Dali painting.

In 1900 Andre Michelin looked at how his tyre company could provide an interesting freebie for motorists and created the Michelin Guide. The first guides were blue and free. Listed: petrol stations, garages, toilets, accomm. and where to eat for weekend and holiday motorists travelling across France.1920 the dining section was so popular that Andre Michelin turned his attention in this direction. He set up a team of anonymous inspectors and a 3 category rating system for the restaurant listings

Those that comment negatively about the food have no taste, and probably no class! To end on a positive note, I would like to thank you for this wonderful video. I am the Chef d' Saucier at a high end country club in northern Florida, and have been extremely inspired by the creations you have displayed here! Thank you and keep up the wonderful work!

Represents the 5 categories of judging: the quality & presentation, the mastering of flavours, mastering of cooking, personality of the cuisine, value for the money and the consistency of between visits. Meaning of stars: 3 stars "Exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey" 2 stars "Excellent cooking, worth a detour" 1 star "A very good restaurant in its category" In addition a fourth category of “Bib Gourmand” is for restaurants with "Good meals at moderate prices. Hope this helps.
