I feel like I'm overhearing an intimate conversation between two people who may not see one another often. But when they do, it's like no time has passed. That's the sign of a real friendship.

Two of America's least showy yet most spectacular actresses! It's sweet to see Michelle so verbal... She's often so shy. Y'all should stop hating on Patricia. She's a grand dame and wise elder and Michelle asked for some deep dive philosophical answers. She got plenty of love and respect in return as well. If you've never seen The Station Agent, buy it immediately. You'll want to own it 💝

Oblong Spheroid I thought she was good. She got Gwen’s voice but the show was a big flop in the ratings. That happens, but this wasn’t very good. Also, the nepotism of the daughter was off -putting. Instead of just being a consultant there was so much about her. A movie with Fosse in the lead and Verdon as Supporting would be something I’d like to see.

I liked Sharp Objects. I even went out and got the book. Clarkson was great as Adora. A great character. Sadly Williams, while very good as Gwen Verdon, has the inferior project here. It wasn’t a hit and the daughter injected way too much of her own life to the show that really came up empty.

Oh, so something is only worth its recognition...? No movie and no book and no melody are ever "just" that. When something touches you that deep and means that much to you, it becomes a universe within a universe and people may as well walk all over it or completely forget it exists, because to you it's EVERYTHING. And no award politics can change that. Your comment is so shallow I didn't even want to reply at first.

Sharper Objects to me, is so DARK and frankly VERY Disturbing. I could not watch it. If anyone has issues with Loss, Trauma and Depression I personally think that is a series to avoid and not watch. That series is the Definition of Suicide Ideation. They really romanticized/glamorized the hidden traumas (losing her sister, cutting, depression), and I felt it was distorted and dishonest to the real people who suffer in real life.
