@@RhysHill-ur8lq not really, Twitch have ToS you need to comply with or you will be banned, but you don't really sign a contract for that. Doesn't help that "ToS" on Twitch is 99% of the time a colloquial term for a completely different document called the Community Guidelines

Twitch’s TOS depends greatly on how much you piss someone off who reports you, how big your audience is, how much twitter tries to cancel or save you, and what gender/sexuality you are… Aka it depends…

Get yourself a mod who stays in character the whole time. Also I'm sure the context *did* exist - just only in Michi's head. My ADHD loves playing that game of "association" when I'm not on my meds. In my head it all makes perfect sense because I know the 25 corners my thoughts took to get from point A to point Z - but anyone around me is utterly confused where that came from. Especially if I had zoned out for 10 minutes, and the conversation had already moved on from the topic my thought started on... Add to that her zooted state just not committing things to memory most of the time, and you got yourself a situation like this.

Twitch ToS to get away with pretty much anything 1. be a girl 2. have lots of viewers that subscribe so Twitch makes sufficient money from you in relation to what you cost them for bandwith usage In short. Michi is fine and could go haywire.

Thats true of almost all VTubers (And people) tho? Like the being behind the model (Instead of IRL face) and turning on the streamer energy is different. But, that doesn't make either personality fake. The Idea that someone should act and respond the same at all times, ignoring context is a little dumb to me IMO. Noone acts the way they do around friends or online in front of strangers in person.
