#PureScience #Microplastics
Microplastics are plastic particles that are less than 5mm in size. They have been found in every corner of the earth, including the remotest parts of the world. They are also found inside all forms of life, including in newborn babies, marine animals, as well as inside fruits and vegetables. ThePrint’s Sandhya Ramesh explains recent findings about microplastics and how they end up where they do.
