In this short screencast we will examine the need to break a single table into two tables to solve a common problem: redundant data. Redundant data leads to data inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and unproductive data entry tasks.
To fix this problem, we will create a drop-down list of values for the field for the user to quickly and accurately select.
We will accomplish this by using a summary query, a Make Table query, and the Lookup Wizard.
