Hi new subscriber. If I have a task that starts on the Monday and ends on Saturday with a duration of 5 days. How would I represent that?

I am trying to document all of the tasks that need to be completed for a project that I am on. I am assumed to be the only resource. I am looking to see if this is more work than I can handle. If so, how far out would it presumably push the dates out if I do not work over time and if I do. I also want to be able to see how things change if I can get another person to help me. Preferably I would like to push dates out going backwards from a specific point in time (production shut down) etc. Should I put the hours I think it would take to complete in the work column instead of the duration column?

sometime I schedule 1day duration for concreting, at that time start and finish date show to dates like 2/1/17 and 3/1/17 resp...where it should be same 3/1/17only. why this happens.....nd when I manualy do it to change start date to 3/1 constraint occurs. I want it 'as soon as possible'
