Home Run? I think you hit this one out of the park, Elisa! I think this flip speaks to the fact that if you can find a house that has some unusual features, then play those up, it really will reward you with profit. This house had such an interesting, large floor plan. It also had a lot of really interesting windows that set it apart and provided such amazing natural light. I love the vaulted ceilings and your bold, very modern choices in light fixtures. Those, too, really set it apart from other houses that buyers would be viewing. The outdoor spaces came out awesome, very neat and low maintenance. You did a great job on curb appeal. I remember the purchase video where this house was truly a run-down nightmare. What a transformation! You earned that $300K!!

I really like this house. I thought it was two stories, but it is all one level. So very bright and airy, love the unusual windows. I still can’t believe the prices that people pay for Realestate these days.

Fabulous renovation ❤ Great difference - while it's modern it's also more inviting. It never ceases to amaze me how there are people who are so dirty, messy and leave behind such junk! You did such a fantastic job!

I love that the kitchen is not directly viewable from the living room, I would be so concious preparing food for visitors while they stare at you fumbling and sweating. Again, another home run Elise...If I won the Lotto, you'd be the first I'd call for my house renovation. Congratulations 🎉

You truly know how to make a house beautiful. This one is no exception. It doesn’t look anything like it did when you bought it. I always look forward to seeing the before and after videos. Have you posted the orchid house “after” video yet? I think you’ve posted a few “shorts” but I’m hoping to see a full video of it. Now that house was one amazing project that you purchased.

Like every thing in your projects. This project kitchen cabinet color stand out. I have concern about black faucets. In Bay area most of the places we have hard water. So over the period of time, new owner will have hard time to keep those faucets clean.

If you paid 1.2 and spent 150K in Reno then sold in 1.8 m, how is the profit 300k? Is it because there are other costs when selling the house?

Thing is that I get tired now by all that "standard" looking kitchens, in particular the microwave above the oven and cooktop, and I also think that the "cult" of kitchen islands will slowly ebb away, mainly in middle-class homes. Not speaking of the high-end luxury segment. Different story there. Can lights might have had their best times as well by now. I find them ugly and almost outdated.

Love the house. As usual, the yard falls short. You need to hire a landscaper. Fake grass is so tacky.
