I am glad to see The Mighty Clouds were true to their roots and spirituality whether playing a church in South Carolina or the huge Montreaux Jazz Festival. The people there may have caught the Holy Ghost and wondered just what hit them!!

I give the Clouds their props although they are not my favorite. I have booked a lot of singers. The Clouds are extremely professional. Richard, the former bass player and manager, is about business and they are very down to earth. Most groups only do 30 to 45 minutes sets. The Clouds do 90 minutes of hard driving sets. Joe works!!! Some other groups refused to come behind them.
