Such a heartbreaking song.. Michael said in an interview this was the most autobiographical song he ever wrote.. 💔

This song is just Michael and his heart! He wrote this song sitting on a branch of his giving tree in his Neverland the place he built to enjoy his lost childhood and to give other children especially sick and less fortunate to enjoy their childhood, thank you for reacting to this amazing song ❤️🙏👑🤟🦋🌻

I couldn't watch it for crying. Love him so much. His life was so sad. All he gave us. And he was so mistreated by the world. Because they didn't understand him. But I did. God holds him now. Rest in peace. Mr Micheal jackson❤✝️🎼🎵🎶♥️

Michael Jackson gave us everything. Everything. What did MJ get back, though? We were many that gave love but the rest... The rest?

I'm glad you missed Childhood on your first reaction & had to listen to it & see it this way. The video underlines how Michael feels & gives you a stronger connection to his lyrics. Childhood is a beautiful but haunting song. Michael's soul was absolutely laid bare on this one. The HIStory album is the absolute truth, I'm telling you.

This is MJ in this song...so beautiful yet so heartbreaking... ❤❤ MJ was an innocent child at heart; full of love and compassion. A creative and artistic genius with surreal talents. The media and people did him dirty.

The song was actually the theme song to the movie Free Willy 2, but now I wonder if anyone understood what MJ was trying to tell us. What did MJ have to go through? He had no childhood, became an absolute megastar and was very, very lonely as a result. How much can a person endure? I miss him so much

The video is so poignant.. the ship of childhood has sailed and he is left behind. No one comes for him. Even that little boy got saved at the end but no one came to save Mike. What a symbolic and metaphorical video.

MJ had the best childhood ever, MJ got to be a rock star as a kid. MJ's problems started when he got to Motown and Diana was there waiting to tell him that She was his real Mother.

You have no clue what it means to be an adult! Don’t make ignorant comments like this Judy because you’re hiding on the internet. This channel is great but people like you can ruin it for some so I go find another playground !
